1969 Lamborghini Miura 'S' #3919
The Miura is about to undergo the start of the restoration and has not been running for 10 years.

Suspension stripped and engine taken out, car is handed over to body guys.

We've found some serious rust where the gas tank used to sit.

The engine wasn't running and was covered in oil and the seals were shot.

The chassis needed an overhaul and was in bad shape with multiple cracks.

The underside of the chassis shows heavy rusting and wear and alot of work ahead.

A closer view of the rear panel on how badly the air scoops are beaten to death and flatened out.

The floors and frame rails are getting a face lift and being re-constructed and strengthened. The
welding was done in a continuous weld and not the factories original stitch weld so its much stronger.
We also went through and reinforced the interior of the chassis box for extra strength.
